Delivery at a glance

We ship orders to most destinations worldwide. Every current product qualifies for free Standard shipping. Delivery estimates, available methods and the final shipping price appear at checkout before you pay.

Need it sooner?

Choose Expedited at checkout when it is available for your delivery address. The current store rates are $2.50 for Canada and $5.00 for the United States. Expedited is optional, and checkout always shows the final fee and estimated arrival date.

Order handling

We prepare orders for carrier handoff as quickly as possible. Once your parcel leaves our care, we send a dispatch email with the latest tracking link.

Order updates

Once your order is on its way, use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow the latest status. A first carrier scan can take a little time to appear.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier handoff, weekends, holidays and local service conditions can affect the final arrival date.

If a package is delayed

Check the latest carrier scan, delivery address and attempted-delivery notices first. If tracking has not moved beyond the stated delivery window, contact us with your order number.

If a package arrives damaged

Stop using the item and keep the original packaging. Take photos of the outer package, shipping label, full product and damaged area, then send them with your order number so we can review the next step.
